Having received Christ as my Lord and Saviour, and being in agreement with the values and ideas of Relate Church, I now feel led by the Holy Spirit to unite with the Relate Church family & serve as a leader on team. In doing so, I commit myself to God and the church to do the following:
I will protect the unity of my church by acting in love towards others, refusing to gossip, and by submitting to leadership (1 Peter 1:22, Ephesians 4:29, Hebrews 13:17).
I will share the responsibility of my church by praying for its growth, inviting the unchurched to attend, and warmly welcoming those who visit (1 Thessalonians 1:2, Luke 14:23, Romans 15:7).
I will honour my pastors and leaders and serve the ministry of my church by discovering my gifts and talents, and continuing to develop a servant’s heart (1 Peter 4:10, Ephesians 4:11-12, Philippians 2:3-4, 7).
I will support the testimony of my church by attending church and Relate Groups faithfully, living a godly life, and giving regularly of my time, abilities and finances (Acts 2:42, Hebrews 10:25, 1 Corinthians 16:2).

-I agree to maintain good standing personal hygiene. I understand this includes showering and wearing deodorant.
-I agree to wear a Relate Kids Leadership Team pinnie while serving families in a classroom environment.
-I agree to clearly communicate with team and team leaders by responding to communication from platforms including but not limited to Planning Center requests, emails, text messages and phone calls. I understand this includes communicating ahead of time dates that I am unavailable and cannot serve (by blocking out these dates on Planning Center), or if I am sick prior to my scheduled serving date.
